Professional staff work with people with disabilities to determine which jobs best match their skills and interests. New skills are taught in an actual paid work setting.


Competitive Placement

People with disabilities are assisted by professional staff to get a job in the community, and keep it.

 

 

Extended Employment Program

A variety of paid jobs allow individuals with disabilities to maintain work skills in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. If a community job is the person's goal, job seeking services are available.


Supported Employment Program

People with disabilities and other related conditions are assisted by a job coach in on the job janitorial training. The janitorial experience can provide enough training to enhance job skills for individuals to transition into competitive / community employment
